Typically, we ask that students have at least a year of yoga experience but the main requirement is a desire to help and guide students on the path of yoga.

There’s a lot that goes into being a confident, knowledgeable yoga teacher. We understand that a 200 hour level training is the foundation for this. Ample time is spent in learning how to teach, developing your eye for observation, become skillful at cueing, how to be authentic, and how to not just lead a class but to teach the postures and philosophy.

Through this program you’ll be asked to dive deep into the transformational practice of yoga. You’ll get plenty of opportunities to teach, observe, and adjust real students — not just your fellow yoga teachers in training. We know that immersing yourself in this practice leads to strong teachers who can guide students on the path of transformation and who are confident to teach and lead class in any environment.

Graduating with experience in teaching real students gives you a heads up in getting hired, along with a confidence that is irreplaceable.

When you choose our program for your training and development, we are fully committed to your personal transformation, understanding of the materials, and your confidence in teaching a yoga class. You may graduate our program but our relationship outlasts the 8 weeks.
