Partner & Acro
Saturday, June 8 215-4p

A light hearted practice of partner facilitated stretching and intro acro postures to build strength and flexibility and to cultivate trust and connection. We'll end the workshop with some Thai massage and restorative postures. You do NOT need to bring a partner.


Aerial
Intermediate
: First Wednesday of every month 8-9pm. Starts May 1

We ask that you have some experiece with aerial yoga before attending this class. Includes more conditioning work and inversions.

Basic: Saturdays 1-2p

Integrates classical voga postures with the weightlessness of a n inversion swing. This creative technique builds strength and flexibility without putting pressure on your joints. The result is fun, challenging, and therapeutic and makes you feel like you are flying. Some yoga experience is helpful, but not required. Everyone is welcome. Sessions are all levels.

108 Sun Salutations
Summer Solstice June 20 630-9p

This very special event is part of our seasonal 108 Sun Salutation Series that honors the changing seasons..and it is a long standing onlYoga tradition. Part endurance, part meditation- completely empowering. Utilizing the magic of Vinyasa we will continually move through Sun Salutation A.

This event is catered by Chronicles of an Electric Girl. Stay after for amazing, vegan, mostly raw food.


Gentle
Mondays 2p, Wednesdays 10a

This gentle &restorative yoga is for all levels but especially tailored for our beloved seniors.

These classes will take you through poses to restore joint range of motion and gently stretch and strengthen major muscle groups. We wil include some level appropriate exercises for better balance and breathwork for stress relief and better health.


Beginner series

Start here. This four class series introduces the foundations of yoga and helps you build confidence by learning common yoga postures and the modifications you may need for your body. Beyond the poses, we'll discuss the 8 limbs of yoga and the main breathwork to practice daily for clarity and stress relief. We encourage questions in all of our classes but this class si especially built for it!


Yoga Wheel
Last Saturday every month 1130a. Starts April 27

The yoga wheel is used to assist with stretching, balance, and strengthening poses. In a yoga wheel class, participants use the wheel to deepen their practice (especially backbends) and to challenge their bodies in new ways. The class may include a variety of poses such as backbends, hip openers, and inversions, all performed with the support of the yoga wheel. All levels. You can bring your own wheel if you have one!


Inversions & Arm Balances
Saturday, May 4th 215-345p

Turn your practice upside down in this fun and inclusive workshop! We'll explore poses such as handstand,forearm stand, crow pose, and headstand variations. All levels are welcome. Only an open mind and a playful spirit needed.
