was on this day, eight years ago, that I taught the first yoga
class at onlYoga. As the studio approaches the decade mark
(wow!), I feel very blessed to have had this time to explore and
enjoy a life altering practice with amazing students! The continued success of onlYoga is due in no small part to all the hard work and support of an entire community.
