Inclement Weather
& Class Cancellation Policy
At
onlYoga we never like having to cancel classes at
the last minute. Unfortunately, at times inclement
or severe weather conditions require that we put
safety first. Severe weather conditions such
as tornados, hurricane force winds, or dangerous
driving conditions can force us to reschedule or
cancel classes. We always do our best to post
changes to the online calendar
in
a timely manner - even last minute changes. So
when in doubt check the website. You are also
welcome to email the
studio with questions about class cancellations
at any time (we attempt to respond to all emails
within 24-48 hours). Although we don't
always man the phone in the studio you can leave
us a message at 404.892.9100 (we attempt to
return all phone calls within 24-48 hours).
Unfortunately, sometimes illness or other circumstances beyond our control require us to postpone, cancel or reschedule a class. We also reserve the right to reschedule classes with fewer than three students. In the event that a class is cancelled or rescheduled abruptly, we ALWAYS offer a free class voucher. In the event of smaller classes (2-3 students) we may offer to stay and practice with you.
If we were forced to cancel a class unexpectedly...we apologize for the inconvenience and recognize that your time is of great value.
